He is an engineer, holds a bachelor's degree in Engineering from Ben-Gurion University and a master's degree in Business Administration from Tel Aviv University. He joined the company's board of directors in 2017. He is married to Eti, a father of six children, and a grandfather to 12 grandchildren.
